Cascara Coffee Cherry Tea [75 g]

Cascara is a beautiful product made from the fruit skin that surrounds the coffee bean.  During the hulling process, the skins are removed, separated and dried.  These dried fruit-skins can then be steeped in boiling water for a delicious, sweet, tea-like beverage that contains more anti-oxidants than cranberries!

Steep 5 grams of Cascara for every 100mL of boiling water. 

Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
