Excellent Service

Usually bought Bigelow Jasmine Green Tea in the USA. Went to our usual store Hagens in Bellingham no Jasmine Green Tea. Lots of other Bigelow tea, tried three other stores and noticed that there was no spot on the shelve with Jasmine Green Tea signage. Even looked for the tea when on holidays in California. Our first on line purchase was through Amazon Golda's kitchen, ordered 6 boxes and only received one in damaged condition. Golda's Kitchen gave a full refund but no tea. Second on line order was with Buy Coffee Canada order received but never shipped waited 10 days for the tea to be shipped from the warehouse and was told that the tea shipment was delayed. Java Works made on line shopping easy, affordable and received the 8 boxes of Jasmine Green Tea in perfect condition through Canada Post. Thank you Java Works for your excellent service.
